An easy way to reduce aggressive feelings

There are many wealthy people around the world who have almost everything they can possess, but they seem to be still unhappy. Many of us are not really as happy as we look. We have some pain or hurt that had happened to us and we are still carrying that baggage of hurt with us. By being in touch with nature, whether it be with the animals, birds or flowers can reduce agressive behaviour in man and also bring about a calmness within ourselves. Watching a video on nature at least half an hour a day can bring more happiness and purpose in one's life. It is more effective than going shopping and trying to buy material things hoping that these things bring happiness.
