Two weeks from 13 Nov 2015 is 27 Nov 2015. 

13 + 14 = 27

26 Nov 2015 is Thanksgiving Day. 

There's going to be a lot of revelry and drinking on Thanksgiving Day.

Quite likely that many will be drunk and in deep sleep around 

                   2 am- 3 am 27 November 2015.

Nobody has mentioned this date 27 November 2015 (it is eerily silent).

I remember that William Cooper, an American whistleblower (now deceased) leaked Thanksgiving Day as a day to be vigilant in one of his videos many years back.
