In the past, people use to say the clouds are floating in the sky, the word float is used if the medium is water. Since the medium is air, clouds are levitating seem more correct. It's a New World. The new technology that is coming will create a New World. Will it be possible to transition from the current world to the New World smoothly with careful planning.
