Is 5G technology harmful to health? 5G technology uses micro wave. Have you heard of micro wave warfare? Have you heard of the term "cooking of humanity". I have just listened to the speech given by Senator Black. Yes, people all over the world will like to have what Senator Black proposed implemented. But it is not going to be so easy. Why the good people are constantly losing, is because the good people are too naive and think that things like that can be so easily implemented. Those people who succeed in their evil plans is because they do long term plans like decades or more to carry out their evil plans.  For the good people to win, meticulous planning have to be done, like what they did at Jekyll island to implement the Federal Reserve. There has not been much investigation into ISIS. They have caused so much death, destruction and ruined thousands and thousands of lives. Investigate the media that gave ISIS so much coverage on the main media showing them waving their flags and guns, riding in Toyota trucks as though it is some fun festival.

Did you see the damage done by ISIS in Marawi?  Make a guess what kind of weapons were used on Marawi to cause that kind of damage. When ISIS comes, they are not just coming with machine guns. When ISIS comes, they will be coming with bombs, grenades and maybe even missile launchers etc.

The clouds are levitating

In the past, people use to say the clouds are floating in the sky, the word float is used if the medium is water. Since the medium is air, clouds are levitating seem more correct.  It's a New World. The new technology that is coming will create a New World. Will it be possible to transition from the current world to the New World smoothly with careful planning. Flying crafts that will take only 5 mins or less to get from one destination to the next. I am looking forward to having flying shoes.

Elderly care

Yes, more and more people are getting older and older. Some elderly like to live by themselves while others do not like to live by themselves. Some do not want to die by themselves. I suspect this is why some of them sleep on benches in the public because they don't want to die on their own.

One of the solutions can be to let elderly sign up for full care or partial care. Full care means everything will be taken care of for them from cleaning up their flat, supplying three meals a day and taking care of their laundry or even signing up for nurse check up on a daily basis or once a week, or once a month, with different types of options available.

For those those elderly who do not like to live on their own, they can sign up for group living as in hotels, motels or backpacker style for the elderly. These can come with full care or partial care. All these facilities can start from 3 star upwards. Don't be too ambitious and start building luxurious facilities which people cannot afford.

Other issues:

Upgrading of mattresses for backpacker hostels. A mattress can easily last for more than 10 years.

I enjoy coming up with solutions. I hope to see a great future with abundance and prosperity.

There is no mention regarding how fast interest rate will rise or how high interest rate will rise. Those who were very skeptical about Lindsey William, who has friends in high places, are now paying close attention to what he is saying. In Lindsey William's video, he even advise people to take notes and to listen very carefully to the "buzz" words his friends in high places use. He also mentioned about the Devil's Messiah, which means it can't be something good.

So what's coming next? I would recommend listening to Doc Marquis or purchasing his DVD's because in his videos, he even outlined the 7 point plan the Illuminati are using to control the World, they call it the New World Order. So, who is Doc Marquis? He says he is a 7th generation Illuminati witch, but says he is no longer with them, which means he is an ex-illuminati witch. There are some people who don't believe as yet that Illuminati exists or that they are all that powerful and have no idea what their organization structure is like and have no idea what this New World Order is about. He also talks about the anti-Christ. After listening to his videos, have think-tank discussions to discuss what to do? But I suggest that they be divided into different groups in different locations and not all huddled in one location. This is no fun and games. 

When you read the newspapers it is mostly about what has already happened.

I had just purchased a weight management program, but after taking their products I had severe diarrhea, but they call it detox (removal of toxins). When I purchased the program, no advisory was given that I will have severe diarrhea. It seems like this "detox" experience is like having food poisoning, because when you have food poisoning, you will also have severe diarrhea. I hope the Health Authorities will look into "detox" products and have them come with an advisory that you can get severe diarrhea. I have heard of cases where individuals have gone for "detox" and instead of becoming healthier, they actually got sicker. When you get diarrhea, your body becomes weaker, because most of what you eat will pass out as waste.

Ebola healthcare workers need to be quarantined as well. The lesser the number of people coming in contact with Ebola patients and Ebola healthcare workers, the faster Ebola can be stopped.

Travel only if necessary.

The next stage of growth for Singaporeans

The next stage of growth for Singaporeans is to allow Singaporeans who already has a HDB flat (at least 5 years) and the flat is fully paid up to buy another HDB flat from the HDB. The prices of private apartments have gone up so much that most HDB flat owners cannot afford to buy private properties. I remember one Minister said that if Singaporeans cannot afford to buy the expensive private properties, then don't buy, but then they have to build properties that more Singaporeans can afford.

This proposal will narrow the wealth gap among Singaporeans. 

Many are wondering all the land used up for building expensive private apartments, how many can afford them and how many of them are empty. This on the other hand is widening the wealth gap among Singaporeans and foreigners. Many are feeling that Singapore is now catering more for the Elite, a deviation from LKY's and Goh Chok Tong's policies.

Now the government is intending to do some very expensive relocation like the Science Centre and the underground link in Jurong. We seem to be having more billion dollar projects like the Garden By the Bay and Jewel. All this money can be used to upgrade the toilets in food courts and hawker centers. More Singaporeans frequents these facilities.

Mitt Romney has publicly stated that if he is elected he is going to arm the rebels in Syria. There is the possibility that the rebels instead of using the weapons to kill more of their own brothers and sisters, can sell these arms and set up their own business. If Mitt Romney is quite sure that this will not happen, it means that there are traitors and spies within your midst who have been paid to create chaos (paid provocateurs). Shop keepers and farmers don't want war to affect their business. If you are a mother talk to your children so that they are wiser. 

In conjunction with the national discussion in Singapore, it is my opinion that the first priority of Minister of Education is to enable all students from Primary School to Tertiary Education to learn the art of self defense. These are troubled times!!. Learning the art of self defence will ensure that your daughters will not be raped or captured as comfort women. Conduct free courses on how to care for the wounded. Don't take peace for granted. 

Include in all courses, subjects which will impart some skills to students, for example, baking, cutting hair, jewellery, horse breeding, pottery, archery, caring for the wounded etc. and the lists goes on. Not a lot of people can become professionals. 

There is definitely a group of people who control the world. If you are a mother  teach your children or the world will be as they want it. The 1% rule the world, and the rest become slaves. Until police men and soldiers wake up and know whether they belong to the 1% or not, the world will be what they want and not what the 99% of the population want. If you are a soldier or a policeman, go and learn how the billionaires and trillionaires live so that you do not live under the illusion that you belong to the 1 %. Those who work for these billionaires and trillionaires and royalty will know how they live.

Engineered Conflicts???

You have the freedom of choice to react calmly. If there are films or articles that hurt or anger you, you can choose not to watch it or to just ignore it totally. You do not need to act violently. Instead of reacting violently, you can actually just go about your business as usual or just read your books. Why do you let your emotions be controlled?

If you allow situations to get out of hand and more and more people join in the chaos, the result may not be what you want it to be and it will be too late. If there is WWIII, billions of people are going to die and and radiation is going to be the invisible killer.

If you are a mother, advise your children not to go in public and chant slogans which give rise to conflicts. Do not go into the streets to burn cars or destroy buildings. It is in everyone's responsibility to play a part in maintaining harmonious relations.

Some people know who these people are, trying to engineer conflicts and wars. Sit down quietly and think before you act. Don't be puppets on a string. You may get a shock when you find out who the people are behind pulling the string.

National Servicemen with special talent

There are some National Service men with special talent who need special consideration while doing their National Service. Some want to pursue their career as a pianist for example. Can MINDEF look into how they can help these men do their National Service and at the same time be able to practice in their career path? This will be like killing two birds with one stone. Let's not lose Singapore's talent while we keep on taking in foreign talent. Singapore needs to help and nurture our own talent. Musicians like pianists have delicate hands,  those who want to become surgeons have delicate hands too and so on. So pianists who have already reached a certain standard when they enter National Service can be considered Special Talent. Anyway with technology there is a need for more brains than brawn. Perhaps MINDEF can form a group to study into this and maybe introduce a Special Talent Group in  MINDEF that can help National Servicemen do their National Service and at the same time help them to achieve in their talent. This will also give incentives to people to nurture their own talent so they can get special consideration while doing their National Service. This will also lead to enlarge our own Singapore's pool of Special Talent in Singapore.

I hope MINDEF will look into this immediately.

Getting healthier as you age

Walking is one of the best ways of keeping healthy. Some argue that if they do housework, they need not go out for walks. Walking is not just for physical health but for mental health as well. It is not very healthy to be cooped up in the house the whole day long. You also need the sunshine (natural vitamin D). 

Here are some ways to keep your mind healthy. 

• Learning languages will keep your mind agile and grow new pathways in the brain.
• Listening to music and songs in as many languages as you like.
• Write your own poem or sentences which promote healthy thoughts. You can read them as many times a day as you like.

How to remove loneliness in your lives.

Don't eat alone. Take a walk in the park. Go watch movies. Take up a hobby.

How to get out of the wheel chair.

Some statistics on age and their dependence on wheel chairs to move around will help. Some believe that health is inborn, that means you are born healthy or not. There are truths in genetics. How about those who were born healthy and then became unhealthy. Know your own body, as in what foods make you healthier and what foods make you sick. Become conscious of your health and the food you eat. Keep a daily journal of what you eat every day and your health. That could help you to see some correlation. There are off course, some who will not bother but will keep complaining about their health.
