More Learning Institutions for women

Build more learning institutions for women all over the world so that women from any country can travel to any other  countries for education. New ways of doing things if we want different results. If we keep doing the same things, we will only get the same results. Learn first pay later for those who cannot afford to pay. Bill Gates said something about population. This is my proposal.

Learn first pay later

Policies impact more than any individual can hope to accomplish. So, here I am proposing a Learn First Pay Later for those who are unable to pay. This will benefit kids on the street, children who have been devastated by earth quakes or victims of flood. More people will be able to get jobs to teach these children. This will help the helpless not to be abused. Human beings remain the most untapped rich resources of our planet. What we need are policies to train people so that these vast human resources can be enhanced and used. Compare this policy to that of the stock market. When the stock market goes up, everyone is happy, but when the stock market crashes jobs are lost, people's savings are eroded and bail outs leaving citizens poorer. Let's look at how the stock market functions. Where does the money ploughed into the stock market come from? 

Banks who invest in the stock market .. citizens money

Insurance companies who invest in stock market .. citizens money

Retirement funds ..citizens money

Unit trust .. citizens money

People are getting smarter and smarter so much so that there are some smarty finding crooked ways to make money in the stock market at the expense of the people.

Have you wondered why there are no enrichment centres built near schools? If there are such centres near schools, parents can put their children in enrichment centres after school. Most parents want to invest in their children's future rather than just focusing on material things.
